Monet is a brand well-known for the high quality of its costume jewelry. This piece is vintage but the finish is extremely bright and I can see no flaws. Maker’s mark on center back. It has a large rollover type locking C clasp in good working condition. I gave it a good polishing with a jewelry cloth, and the shine is absolutely beautiful.
